RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Patakha Paperie, every product is created with care, intention, and a lot of love. We hope your stationery brings you joy from the moment it reaches your desk. That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within the guidelines outlined below.

Due to the nature of stationery products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor aesthetic variations. Slight differences in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted and illustrated nature of our products, and these do not qualify as defects.

We do, however, offer replacements or refunds in cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos showing the issue, along with your order details. Requests raised beyond this time frame may not be eligible for resolution.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item or initiate a refund, depending on product availability. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Products that are marked as sale items, limited editions, customized products, or gift hampers are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any free gifts included with orders must also be returned in their original condition if a refund is approved.

Patakha Paperie reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or if the claim does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
