All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise mentioned for specific products, pre-orders, or new collection launches. Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.


We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly mentioned before you complete your purchase.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your package as it makes its way to you. While we work closely with reliable courier partners, Patakha Paperie is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or factors beyond our control.


Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and delivery details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Patakha Paperie will not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting us within 48 hours with supporting images or videos. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
